By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms

1. Product Approval & Payment

1. All artwork or customization must be approved by the client before production begins.

2. Payment must be made in full via PayPal unless a written exception is granted.

2. Ownership of Goods

1. Distinct Apparel retains ownership of all goods until payment is received in full.

3. Custom Orders

1. Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Custom quotes and invoices will be issued via our system. Orders will only be processed once payment is complete.

4. Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping dates are estimates only. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

2. We are not responsible for issues caused by external shipping delays, customs, or third-party mishandling.

4.Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

1. Items damaged in transit or due to manufacturer error will be refunded or replaced.

2. Refunds will be issued only as outlined in the Refund Policy.
