Non-Refundable Situations
1. Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
2. Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control
3. Orders refused due to local import taxes or duties
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason after payment is made, a full refund will be provided. Distinct Apparel retains ownership of products until full payment is received.
